NEW YORK SHUTS DOWN: Times Square is virtually empty. Gov. Cuomo has ordered all non-essential workers in New York State to stay home as of Sunday, 8pm. The state now has the most coronavirus cases in the country. A ramp-up in testing has revealed 5,000 new cases in New York City alone in the last three days.
